Saturday Sales Assistant, Chesterfield

Our Saturday Sales Assistant, Maisie, is off to University soon. She's been amazing and a real pleasure to work with - I'm sure she'll go far - we wish her every success on her next chapter.

We're now actively looking for our next Saturday Sales Assistant to join the Ingmans team. Could this be you?

Here's a brief description of what we're looking for:

• Facilitate the sale of products and services in store including the website and the telephone.
• Able to communicate to customers regarding the company's products, services, and the business ethos.
• Recording details of enquiries, repairs, and customer orders.
• Excellent communication skills across all channels including verbal and written Basic IT skills (including Excel for reporting).
• Learn new skills and systems.
• Deliver excellent attention to detail.
• Provide a great Customer service experience, build a rapport with customers with the ability to upsell.
• Work additional hours as and when required.
• Experience in shop merchandising within the clothing retail sector would be advantageous but not essential.

Hours of work:

8 hours a week - Saturday 8:30-5pm
